The Toupéed Molerat
Family matters
The Toupéed Molerat -also known as Bernard’s Mouse*- is a burrowing creature that lives in large social groups.
Like any other family these groups have complex hierarchies, traditions, grudges & drunk uncles. Elders are big on strict rules that don’t particularly make sense. The youngsters in turn like to grief their elders by obstructing tunnels with turd barriers.
And of course their headpieces are 100% real!
Although the molerats live in huge colonies, with members numbering in the hundreds, they are hardly ever seen on the surface. Some colonies haven’t surfaced in several generations. Your best chance at spotting a molerat with a lush haircut would be at Hundred Island.
