A most populous peak
An excerpt rom Stigjaan Akkleus‘* travel diaries:
Having set sail from the coast a favourable wind carries us swiftly towards the sprawling ocean that is Zee*.
Before long we spot a rocky island, crowned by an ominous peak surrounded by dense clouds and swirling masses of birds. One of the crew informs us this is Hundred Island: burrowed in its peak are a 100 caves wherein a 100 different creatures reside.
I wonder if we’ll be able to spot a few in passing by?
Notes
Stigjaan Akkleus — Travelling Talesman. Although a scout for exclusive-commodity traders, he always had a keen eye for the world around him. He seems to have disappeared of the map during his latest voyage.
